It’s a combination of individual program options joined together into one larger package. Each will help you hone in on a specialized goal for 21 days, then move to the next. It’s suggested that you start with the original program, then moving into The 21-Day Transition, then into The 21-Day Bulk. The other program—The 21-Day At-Home Shred can be followed on it’s own, or it can be used to fill holes while traveling or unable to get to a gym.
