Everyone gains a little extra in the winter months—even the most hardcore of workout-aholics. Sometimes it’s the colder temperatures and layers of clothing that make us less worried about our abs going into hiding. Other times it’s the craziness of the holiday season cutting into our gym schedule. And for some it’s even just a period of kicking back a bit.

What to expect from the Spring TRIM UP:
1. The program includes several exercises that engage multiple muscle groups at once for an increased calorie burn and effeciency.
2. Rest periods are between 30-45 seconds to keep the heart rate elevated for an increased intensity.
3. Workouts are structured as “tri-sets.” Three exercises are performed consecutively followed by a short break. This stimulates several muscle groups at once—maximizing the calorie burn.
