A. Run 200 meters
B. Feet-elevated Push Up, 10 reps
C. Bulgarian Split Squat, 10 reps per leg
D. Forward Bear Crawl, 40 feet
E. Backwards Bear Crawl, 40 feet
F. Hand Walk, 5 reps per direction
G. Burpee, 5 reps
Rest 2 minutes. Repeat 4 more times.
