Every Sunday for the next four weeks, we’re going to be hosting a Facebook LIVE workout at 12PM Eastern Time. That’s right, every Sunday at NOON.

What to expect
Challenge workouts that are scaleable and suitable for all ability levels. Are you a beginner? That’s cool, the moves will be basic. Are you advanced? That’s cool too, we’ll push you to work harder! These workouts are more about recommitting to your health and fitness.
What you need
Most, if not all workouts will be bodyweight only. No equipment required. We may decide to integrated some dumbbells if feedback from the community comes back requesting it.
Here is last week’s 30-minute bodyweight workout
Walkout, push-up, walkback, squat x 5 repetitions
World’s greatest stretch x 5 repetitions per side
Thread the needle x 5 repetitions per side
Hollow hold x 20 seconds
Superman x 20 seconds
Elbow to hands plank x 10
Rest 30 seconds. Repeat 3 rounds.
High knee x 30 seconds
Squat thrust x 10 repetitions
Hop squat x 10 repetitions
Rest 30 seconds. Repeat 5 rounds.
STRENGTH / ENDURANCE
Eccentric push-up x 10 repetitions
Speed push-up x 10 repetitions
Eccentric squat x 10 repetitions
Speed squat x 10 repetitions
Rest 30 seconds. Repeat 3-5 rounds.
MOBILITY / COOL DOWN
Scorpion in down dog x 5 repetitions per side
Cossack squat x 10 repetitions per side
Pretzel stretch x 20 seconds per side
Minimal rest. Repeat 3 rounds.
