No one likes their commute. No one. It’s a percentage of life just flushed down the toilet sitting in idolness. Sure, some might use that time to catch up on their newsfeeds, or maybe get another powernap in, but for the most part, it sucks. But this morning, London’s commuters were blessed with a little break from the humdrum, morning grind.
In the overnight hours the wiseguys over at MorphCostumes, decided to lighten the mood by decking out iconic statues with some of their latest line. Statues to get the treatment included: Mahatma Ghandi in Tavistock Square, William Shakespeare near St Paul’s, and President Franklin Roosevelt and British Primer Minister Sir Winston Churchill on New Bond Street and Charlie Chaplin in Leicester Square.
And you better believe we’ve got something great planned. Stay tuned!
