I’ve never had a beard in my entire life. It’s a long awkward stage with patches and holes everywhere. Far from an easy process; straight bum status for a solid month.
All worth it though. It’s fun making dramatic changes to my look. Hard to explain, but staying the same sucks.
This was a short clip we created for Wahl. A manufacturer of grooming products; more specifically clippers and trimmers.
You could fit 3-4 bodies in that tub.
At first, I thought, what the hell is our reader going to actually take away from this? Then I realized, growing your beard isn’t just growing your beard. While I typically hit my favorite LES barber and barber shop up rather frequently, there’s plenty of times I’m looking grizzly around the neck and throat. Simple stuff, yes, but there is a little process to doing it right.
And not to mention, this beard-endeavor of mine certainly got me hooked on an assemblage of beard products. We’re talking shampoos, conditioners, and oils… the stuff actually makes a difference. It’s right up there with addictions to fascial moisturizers, anti-eye wrinkle/fatigue creams.
