1 min. Ladder Push-up Jumps (Use Stationary line as substitute) 1 min. In-Out Line/Ladder drill 20 Elevated Dips 8 Woodchoppers with light Dumbbell (each side)
8 Frog Jumps – Fwd. and Back 30 Ski jumps 8 Side Squats with Dumbbell (each side) 1 min. Burpees 15 side-laying leg lifts (obliques)
