Perform 10-15 reps
Triceps Close Grip bench
Biceps Barbellcurls
Skullcrushers
Rope pushdowns
Reverse grip pushdown
Bench dips failure
Seated db alternating curls
Hammer curls
Reverse grip curls
Chin ups failure.
Repeat three times. Switching between circuits each time.
