COLIN’S CONDITIONING CIRCUIT
Round 1- 1 minute between exercises
Shoulder DB Press 3 sets x 10-12 reps
Rear Delt DB Row 3 sets x 10-12 reps
Round 2 – 1 minute between exercises
Front Cable Raise 4 sets x 6 -8 reps finish with drop set till failure
Lateral Cable Raises 4 sets x 6-10
Round 3
Front plate Raise and Twist- 3 sets with 20 second hold while twisting
Abs– 20 seconds rest between exercises
Weighted cable crunch 3 sets x 10-15 reps
Weighted Hanging Leg Raises 3 sets 10-15 reps
