BARBELL COMPLEX (3 rounds)
Hang Cleans x 5 reps
Push Press x 5 reps
Reverse Lunge x 5 reps each side
Romanian Deadlift x 8 reps
Barbell Roll Out x 8 reps
* partner jumps rope as they other completes the complex.
ALTERNATING TABATA (4 minutes)
Kettlebell Swings x 20 seconds on/10 seconds off
Push Ups x 20 seconds on/10 seconds off
DYNOMAX BALL WORK (3 rounds)
Lateral Throw x 8 each side
Ball Toss x 8 reps
TREADMILL TABATA (4 minutes)
Sprint 20 seconds/Rest 10 seconds
