CIRCUIT (3-4 rounds)
Dumbbell Overhead Press x 8 reps
Barbell Romanian Deadlift x 8 reps
Stability Ball Decline Push Ups x 8 reps
Barbell Hip Thrusts x 8 reps
Rest 45-60 seconds between rounds
FINISHER (2 rounds)
Band-Resisted Sprints x 20-40 yards
