My name is Ricky Tishler, I’m 26 years old and grew up in a small country opal mining town, rural NSW, Australia. At around age 18 I decided I wanted more out of life and a brighter future. I was given the opportunity to work for a Hydro-demolition company in Sydney. I knew nobody and had to borrow some money from my father just to get here. At an early age I remember watching my father and uncle lift weights and started light resistance training at age 12, being fit and having the opportunity to go to the gym has helped me in many areas of life especially when times were tough, because who ever walks out of the gym feeling worse off?
