Winter Storm Nemo was bashing New York City the day before our flight, but we got out in time to be greeted by sunny and warm South Beach. We were all on a production assignment for the annual Dirty Dutch Model Beach Volleyball Tournament that weekend, but wanted to get a workout or two in the books.
With a 4AM wake up call from the hotel’s front desk, our team met in the lobby and ventured over to the Reebok CrossFit Miami Beach to meet up with the owner and CrossFit competitor, Nathan Forster. After going through a warm-up routine and getting the run down of the actual workout from Nathan everyone was eager to get started.
THE WORKOUT:
Complete as many rounds in 15-minutes.
Deadlift @ 135 pounds x 5 reps
Strict Pull Up x 5 reps
Push Press @ 135 pounds x 5 reps
Toes-to-Bar x 5 reps
