Warm up with 1 minute of mountain climbers
Incline dumbbell presses 10-15reps Bent over dumbbell rows 10-12reps Flat bench press 10-15reps Laying dumbbell pullover 10-12reps Push up with feet Elevated reps to failure Deadlifts 6-8reps 1 minute rest between circuits
Barbell Lunge 12 reps each leg Seated biceps curls going into a dumbbell press 16-20 reps Seated dumbbell side lateral raise 10-15 reps Triceps dumbbell kickback 10-12reps Barbell Squat 6-8 reps Repeat both Circuits twice before continuing 1 minute rest after circuits
Final abdominal circuit perform non stop 3 times Crunches 20-25 reps Reverse crunch (bent knees to hips) 15-20 reps 1 minut plank
