Ingredients
1 Pound skinless salmon fillet (divided in three pieces)
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 cups spinach
1 tsp. Chopped rosemary
1 tsp. chopped fresh dill
Sea salt (optional)
Make It Happen
Preheat oven to 390 F. Line wax paper on a baking sheet. Butterfly Salmon Fillet through the center. Cook spinach and mix it with feta cheese. Then chop the cooked spinach and add rosemary and dill. Place 1 tbsp. Spinach mixture on the middle of each salmon fillet. Starting from one of the lining sides, gently roll up salmon and press to close. Transfer each salmon fillet to the baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes. Broil for 8 more minutes to have a crunchy outside.
