Deep and shredded Abs routine
15 minutes (Total)
10 sec rest between sets :
– 3 sets of abs wheel (10 regular forward reps + 5 left
+ 5 right sided reps (body-angle turned left and then right )
– 4 sets of completely straight leg raises hanging on a pull up bar (straight-preferred) curled (if straight is too heavy) 4th set have to make a circle movement with legs )
– 3 sets of rope core pull downs ( 2 sets 20 reps , 3rd completely burn out)
– 1 set of proper body plank (max time)
Goal: achieve constant and almost unbearable ab core tension (burn)
