Yes—you heard right. Men’s Fitness magazine wants to feature you in an upcoming issue. It doesn’t matter what kind of success you’ve seen—you could have added 20 pounds of muscle, or dropped 50 pounds of fat—if you feel great about it, we want to hear about it. This is your opportunity to show off all the hard work you put into yourself. You deserve this feature.
There are five rules to enter:
- You need to be between the ages of 18-50.
- You need to have a clear before and after photograph.
- You need to be willing to be interviewed and photographed.
- You need to be telling the truth! Honor system here, people!
- Please send your name, age, hometown, telephone number, the number of pounds you gained or lost, and photos (one before, one after) to Mike Simone on Facebook or Instagram or HUMANFITPROJECT on Facebook or Instagram.
