2 raw zucchinis
1 lb ground turkey
3/4 cup Almond cheese
1/4 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Seasoning

Make It Happen
Preheat oven to 360 degrees and spray a pan with nonstick spray. In a bowl combine ground turkey, egg whites, salt and Mrs. Dash seasoning. Form small balls and set into the pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven. Insert the slicing disc into your spiral slicer. Place half zucchini on the prongs and line up the de-seeding hole in the middle of the end of the zucchini. Turn the crank until you’ve reached the end and have beautiful noodles. You can also use a julienne slicer to cut thin strands of zucchini. Place zucchini in a plate with four turkey balls. Spread Two tbs Organic Tomato Sauce on top of the turkey. Add almond cheese.
