Yeah, believe it or not, I get bored of the gym from time to time. Especially in the spring and summer. It’s like a freaking sin to let all that warm weather and sun go to waste. And if you’re stuck in the office during the day, you’re even more limited. So for a couple weeks on, and a couple weeks off I’ll bring the workouts outside in the mornings or at night.
