THE WORKOUT
1A. Squat Jump, 5 sets (10, 8, 6, 4, 2)
1B. Clap Push Ups, 5 sets (5, 4, 3, 2, 1)
2A. Lunge Jump, 5 sets (10, 8, 6, 4, 2)
2B. Pull Up, 5 sets (5, 4, 3, 2, 1)
3A. Hanging Leg Raise, 5 sets (5)
3B. Sprint, 5 sets (Run for 20 seconds)
