Formerly known as PEDAL, FIT RxN offers unique “mash up” classes that will stop mid-workout boredom in its tracks. Located in Manhattan’s Upper West Side, FIT RxN is a fitness boutique studio tailored for serious, no nonsense fitness enthusiasts, who want a real workout. Stay away if your favorite type of workout involves simultaneously reading a magazine or yapping on your cell phone, as there is no time for that here. You’ll find the studio hidden on the backside and ground floor of one of the newer high-rises behind West End Avenue and 61st Street. Once there, you’ll find a huge sun-drenched courtyard that filters the perfect amount of light through the studio’s floor-to-ceiling windows. In nice weather, you have the option to take classes outside, and may start your workout with sprints across the courtyard or up and down the short hilly street across from the gym.
Inside, the studio is broken up into two rooms: the Spinbin for cycling classes and the other room for the more boot camp style workouts is called Catalyst.

30/30 (Cardio Strength)
Class starts off with 30 minutes in the Spinbin and then switches to the strength room for some TRX, Kettlebell, or SandBell action.
30/30 (TRX / YoStretch)
This is their cooling and relaxing class combining TRX with yoga moves and calming stretches.
A true cycling class, with a variety hip-hop and other tunes, as well as themes that magically include something for everyone.
The Smoker (TRX Mash up)
Strength and conditioning full-body 45 minute session that includes TRX suspension trainer, Kettlebells, SandBell, and EXTRA high-intensity intervals.
