Last night, I posted my first surprise Facebook Live workout (you can watch them here and here). You’ve all been so incredibly supportive of all our the programs we post on Men’s Fitness and HFP, I wanted to give you a little more access into my world. Working out has been such an important part of my life for nearly 15 years now. It’s given me so much. Not only have I been able to get strong and conditioned, it’s also helped me focus and redirect any negative energy. (More on that later).
Last nights’ session, for anyone that was up late (east coast time) was broken into two parts. Part 1 was a circuit of SQUATS, PULL UPS, CHEST PRESSES, and CLEAN and PRESSES completed for 3-5 rounds. Part 2 was a circuit of SQUATS, HANGING KNEE RAISES, ALTERNATING CHEST PRESSES, and BENT-OVER ROWS for 3 rounds. Followed by a superset of PUSHUPS and INVERTED ROWS for 3 rounds.
I completely made these circuits up on the fly because that’s just how I roll sometimes.
Over the next couple weeks I plan on going LIVE (both surprise and planned) providing you with a complete raw look at some of my current workouts, plus some interviews and meetings with others in the industry.
