MONTGOMERY’S RAPID FAT LOSS WORKOUT
PART ONE
Complete the following exercises with zero rest in between. Complete three total rounds, rest as needed after each full circuit.
Incline push ups x 10 reps
Decline push ups x 10 reps
Flat push ups x 10 reps
Air squats x 20 reps
Plank x 60 seconds
PART TWO
Complete three-five, 30 second sprints
Rest for three minutes in between sprint intervals.
